Bob has appeared before all levels of the Courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal, Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Superior Court of Justice, as well as numerous Tribunals.   He presents regularly at conferences and has published numerous books and articles.
