He also represents and advises public sector clients, such as school boards and other educational institutions, on a broad range of corporate matters.

Tony provides advice with respect to Acquisitions, Divestitures and Re- organizations, Computer Information and Technology, Contracts and Contract Administration, Commercial Leasing, Intellectual Property, Secured Transactions, Estate Planning and Administration, Education and Public Sector Law, Supply Chain Management, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Incorporation, Organization and Contractual Management of Canadian Companies on behalf of Multi-National Corporations.
