Michael’s practice includes representing private and public sector clients across a wide range of areas, including commercial disputes, construction disputes, professional liability claims, administrative proceedings, procurement law, employment law, condominium law, and class actions. He has acted in matters before various courts and administrative tribunals in Ontario, and in a number of alternative dispute resolution processes.
