George provides advice to both employers and employees in his employment law practice, which includes:
- Advising with respect to employment contracts, wrongful dismissal and terminations, employment law legislation and human rights issues, and general employment matters;
- Preparing, drafting and negotiating employment and executive contracts.
- Advising on directors’ and officers’ issues, including fiduciary duties;
- Advising on executive compensation issues including employee stock options and other executive incentive plans; and
- Advising on employment law issues arising in acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations;
George’s business law and intellectual property law practice includes acting for clients in matters such as:
- Shareholder Disputes;
- Corporate Governance Issues;
- Acquisitions and Divestitures;
- Reorganizations;
- Procurement Issues and Contract Matters;
