Nicola Simmons graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2001 with an Honours degree in Anthropology and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2005 with a Bachelors of Law. Nicola was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in July 2006.

Nicola completed her articles at Keel Cottrelle LLP in 2006 prior to joining the firm as an associate. Nicola currently practices in the firm's education group.
